"We recently moved to Toronto from Montreal to be close to our children and 14 month old identical twin granddaughters. Having lived in Montreal all our lives this was certainly a major change for us, and knowing little of Toronto we wanted to make sure that we ended up in the right condo which would suit our needs in the years to come. We contacted Howard on the recommendation of our son who used Howard's services to help him buy his home. We were moving from a fairly large cottage and wanted to keep a lot of our furniture to help us with the transition and wanted to be within a fifteen minute drive of our children. With that in mind, Howard suggested several locations and we looked at units in Governor's Hill and St. Gabriel Village, eventually buying a unit in the latter location. Although not meeting all our criteria (I would have preferred a larger balcony), Howard assured us that this was a great building and that the other attributes of this unit were outstanding. The location was excellent (right near Bayview Village), we have an incredible view facing east from the 12th floor, the unit was large (2165 sq ft) and very well designed with many built ins, as well as having a modern large bright kitchen with top notch appliances. Furthermore the unit did not need any renovations which was most important to us. We have now been in Toronto eight weeks and have really made our new condo "home." We love the building with its many amenities and feel good about inviting people to our new home. The unit did require painting and blinds and Howard steered us to people who helped us with both these issues and they did a wonderful job. Howard also suggested a designer and a lawyer to handle our transfer of sale and this went very smoothly as well. As you can realize we were doing this all remotely from Montreal and Howard helped us coordinate all the necessary appointments even coming to the unit without us for appointments when we were not available. In summary it has been a pleasure working with Howard and I would highly recommend him to friends to be their real estate agent."
